Job Purpose

The training program aims to establish a pipeline for key roles within Transnet Port Terminals (TPT) through a structured 12-month training program. The method seeks to place students in appropriate TPT areas according to their educational background, planned vacations, and business requirements.

Follow an official exercise schedule.
Take part in performance reviews and assessments.
Complete all the tasks specified in their growth plan as well as any additional duties that Transnet Port Terminals may legitimately request of them.

Qualifications And Experience

Matric/Grade 12 National Senior Certificate
The Completed Certificate Program will be an advantage.
